For a little window today, there were some fun little waves coming through in NY. My friend TM making the most out of it.
Just got back from a quick trip out to San Diego. After a few sick sessions, tried to get a few shots before the wind came up and tide killed it, but to check out the full gallery, head over to www.northeastsessions.com, and if you are on Facebook, come check out our Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Northeast-Sessions/364177845178
Hope everyone had a great Easter. It was a really beautiful day, unfortunately not much going on in the water. I decided to jump in for a bit and grabbed some shots of the shorebreak. Looks like some more surf towards the end of the week/weekend. Keep an eye on it.
The past few days have served up some real fun waves for New York. Full story and gallery over at www.northeastsessions.com

March 27, 2010.
Who is pumped that Spring is here? I am. And I am pumped about my new housing. It is like a new addition to my quiver, and after shooting in the morning and after work this evening, I am hooked to this thing. The morning produced some exceptional garbage, but I got a few good ones (for my first time at least) this evening and hopefully we get some more fun waves later this week and next week. Keep an eye on the forecast and thanks for checking!
Went down to the beach today just to enjoy the weather and take some pictures. Got down there and actually found a little wave coming through. I thought I was going to have to drive back home to get a board and wetsuit, but amazingly I found all of the pieces. I had my 5’10 egg that I just got back from repair, it had no fins in it, but I had a spare set under my seat. Last week I made sure I put a fin key in my truck after surfing chest high mush Monday afternoon with my 6’6 step up because I didn’t have fins in my small wave board. Had my 5/4, a pair of boots, and a pair of gloves I just picked up two days ago, still in the box. Got out and caught a few fun little waves. It was great to pull the hood down and enjoy the water without freezing. Then hiked over to the lighthouse and hung out with a few of my “deerest” friends.
Fire Island Lighthouse.
Baby Deer chilling on Fire Island, NY.
It’s finally Spring, and this weekend we got some great weather. Unfortunately no waves, but definitely a good weekend to dust off the old skateboard from a long icy winter.
Head over to Eastern Surf Magazine for the “Spring Send-Off” Gallery. I got one shot in there, but some really good stuff from other East Coast Shooters.
New Gallery up with some shots from last Sunday in Western Long Island. That storm that really messed shit up on land really tore up the beaches with some big surf. Head over to www.northeastsessions.com to check it out.
